Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
● To be eligible for a return, your item must :
○ Be unused and in the same condition as received.
○ Be in its original packaging.
○ Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note : Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
● Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
● Returns made more than 15 days after delivery.
● Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (credit card or bank transfer) within 15 days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please :
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
3. Contact your bank to check for processing delays.

● Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
● Items are replaced only if defective or damaged.
● To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@sokobazaar.com .
● To return a product, email us at contact@sokobazaar.com .
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
● If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Note : For items over ₹5000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
● We ship globally via DHL Express, with delivery within 7-8 days of order placement.
● International orders do not qualify for free shipping, and charges will be billed in your local currency at current exchange rates.
Important :
1. The recipient is responsible for ensuring the product complies with the import laws of their country.
2. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
3. Shipments refused due to unpaid import fees will not be refunded, including the original and return shipping costs.
● Provide a reachable phone number for customs communication to avoid delays.
● Do not refuse shipments or ignore carrier requests for duty and tax liabilities, as carriers may return shipments after 5 days.
